The serial number on this guitar is Z9484136 which means it was made in the USA in 2009.
I don’t believe it has been played much at all through the years because I don’t see any wear on the frets or fretboard.
I just gave it a once over to make sure everything was set right.
I don’t know the brand of strings on it but they are in excellent condition and they are 10 through 48 gauge.
I tighten down all the hardware on the guitar.
I adjusted the tremolo system properly and achieves drop silence.
I adjusted the saddle heights for the best playability and the action is great.
I set the intonation properly.
I adjusted the neck to the string tension and it is nice and straight.
I adjusted the heights of the pick ups so that the volume level of them is the same when switching back-and-forth through them with the volume on 10 in the tones on 5.
The electronics work great with no crackling or popping noises when turned.
The tuners operate, nice and smoothly.
All in all this guitar is in great condition with the
exception of one small dent on the front, a little bit of pick scuffing on the body above the pick guard, and on the back it has a couple of small marks.
The last picture is just to show the thickness of the tremolo block and the guitar does come with the back cover plate as shown.
The stand is not included in the price, nor is it for sale.

BASIC SETUP
THIS IS FOR A GUITAR THAT HAS A FIXED BRIDGE WITH NO INTONATION OR HEIGHT ADJUSTMENTS SUCH AS A ACOUSTICS.

Cleaning and oiling fret board.

Oiling the tuners if needed.

Replacing the strings.

Consists of the same things as a set up with the previously mentioned Non Floating Vibrato.
ALLOWED TIME
For a full set up it usually takes about 4 hours due to the wait times of fret board conditioning.
In order to do a thorough job I prefer to keep the instrument for at least 24 hours which allows me the proper amount of time to keep tweaking the guitar adjustments for the best outcome.

If you provide a proper block system, the guitar still has strings on it and you are getting a set up.
