This guitar is in good condition and not great because it has some dents and scratches on it here and there as shown in the pictures.
None of them affect the structure of the guitar or the sound of it.
Also where the arm rests, on the body of the guitar in order to play, it is a little bit dirty and you can see that in the pictures as well.
The electronics work great with no problems like crackling or popping noises.
All the tuners operates smoothly.
The fret board and frets are all in great condition.
It has a set of 12 through 52 gauge strings on it but I do not know the brand of them.
They are still in good condition and have not been played on too much by the looks of them.
They are clean with no grime on them.
There is no serial number on this guitar just like the rest of them built as this model, so I cannot tell you what year it was made.
It comes with a nice Martin soft case/gig bag.
The stand is not included in the price, nor is it for sale.

If you need your strings changed, fretboard cleaned, frets dressed, complete setups, repairs and replacement of electronics or replacement of other parts on your acoustic, bass or electric guitar then bring it to me.

BASIC SETUP
THIS IS FOR A GUITAR THAT HAS A FIXED BRIDGE WITH NO INTONATION OR HEIGHT ADJUSTMENTS LIKE MOST ACOUSTICS.

Cleaning and oiling fret board.

Oiling the tuners if needed.

Replacing the strings.

Adjusting neck tension.

Tightening all screws and repairing any stripped holes.

Cleaning and wiping down the whole guitar.

Consists of the same things as a set up with the previously mentioned TREMOLO BRIDGE.
ALLOWED TIME
For a full set up it usually takes about 4 hours due to the wait times of fret board conditioning.
In order to do a thorough job I prefer to keep the instrument for at least 24 hours which allows me the proper amount of time to keep tweaking the guitar adjustments for the best outcome.

I'm available most days of the week from 9 am to 9 pm to include weekends.

BLOCKING A TREMOLO
If you provide a proper block system, the guitar still has strings on it and you are getting a set up.
