Distribution Team Lead Evening Shift

Responsibilities: The use of required leadership skills to ensure the successful accomplishment of distributions, KIPI's, and departmental/company goals.
Effectively lead distribution team members and ensure that all adhere to tasks given by supervisors and managers.
Assist the supervisor by delegating responsibilities to associates as well as act as a problem solver and facilitator.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Ability to delegate and empower effectively and responsibly * Excellent organization, problem-solving and facilitation skills * Willingness to learn all aspects of Distribution area Education & Experience: * High School Diploma or GED Preferred * Able to read, write and comprehend English preferred * Experience in Leadership Role Preferred * Experience or knowledge of Distribution area and process preferred
