Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all departments, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction, and maximizing revenue.
Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
- Supervise and train hotel staff, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor guest feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Manage budgets and financial plans to achieve profitability goals
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of revenue management principles
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is preferred
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills
