*About The Position:*
The function of the Director of Residential Operations is to lead and supervise the operations of PRTF residential services.
The Director of Residential Operations is responsible for their department’s compliance with NOVA policies and procedures, Mental Health and DHSR rules and regulations, and the applicable standards of the Joint Commission (National Accreditation Organization).
The Director of Residential Operations also engages in ongoing supervision and quality improvement within the residential services department.
This position works cooperatively with other members of NOVA’s leadership to implement and further NOVA’s mission.

*Schedule*: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
Some weekend and night shift monitoring is required.

Requirements:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master’s degree in a human service field, OR
* Bachelor’s degree in a human services or related field and two years of experience working with behavioral health populations, OR
* Bachelor’s degree in a field other than human services and four years of experience working with behavioral health populations, OR
* license, provisional license, certificate, registration or permit issued by the governing board regulating a human service profession
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.
