Pinnacle Family Services is in search of a full-time Child & Adolescent Program Director.
*What Will I Be Doing?*
* You will manage, hire, train, supervise, and schedule staff.
* You will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the coverage area of Goldsboro*, NC and surrounding counties.

* You will oversee the provision of mental health and substance abuse services to individuals.
* You will develop and implement personalized care plans for consumers based on their unique needs, ensuring that they receive appropriate treatment and support.

In addition to the technical and administrative knowledge, this position also requires you to be detail oriented, have the ability to communicate appropriately, as well as form and maintain professional relationships.
Qualifications:
* Master's Degree in a Human Service field preferred
* Fully or provisionally licensed in NC required LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LPA or LMFT/A required
* 2+ years' experience supervising and managing staff required
* Experience working with children who have behavioral diagnoses and their families required
* Access to reliable transportation adhering to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and driver's license) required
