What you will do:
Develop and execute strategies for efficient customer-sales team pairing, project delivery, and optimize orders for material correlation and shipping
Provide comprehensive project quotations aligned with pricing directives and negotiate material costs
Continuously educate on products and systems to effectively address technical inquiries and conduct fieldwork to enhance product knowledge
Efficiently manage material logistics, warehouse operations, and coordinate project schedules for timely deliveries
Manage social media promotions, devise sales growth strategies, and collaborate with vendors for training, pricing, and competitive intelligence
Coordinate with purchasing and branch managers to optimize inventory, train branch staff, and identify key customers
Assist in annual marketing plans for product lines, oversee Sales Support Programs, and provide market data and company insights as required
Champion a safety-oriented culture within the organization, ensuring that all employees comprehend and strictly follow safety protocol and procedures
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Specific industry knowledge of Commercial Roofing Products required
Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and sales productivity tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of exterior building product field concepts, practices, and procedures
Superior time-management and organization skills
Physical requirements include standing, walking, handling objects, and occasional lifting
