DEPUTY PROGRAM MANAGER

DEPUTY PROGRAM MANAGER POSITION AVAILABLE UPON CONTRACT AWARD BTS Software Solutions is seeking a DEPUTY PROGRAM MANAGER to assist with the management and oversight of ALL aspects of JSOC Intelligence contractor personnel and activities at Ft Liberty, NC.
Primary Location: Ft Liberty, NC Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility What You’ll Get to Do: The DPM shall reside at the JSOC HQ (Fort Liberty NC) and will be responsible for assisting the Program Manager in coordinating all aspects of contract management and the PCs shall adequately supervise Contractor personnel in support JSOC subordinate or associated organizations.
Access 24 hours daily to the on-site Government representative, COR, and KO.
25% Travel may be required You’ll Bring These Qualifications: Minimum of seven (7) years of managerial experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with at least three (3) years at the operational level of warfare experience with the HQ Element, JSOC Intelligence Brigade, or JSOC subordinate organization.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification Defense Acquisition University DAWIA Program Management Certification (Preferred) Demonstrated experience leading 300+ contractor personnel Demonstrated experience leading similar scope of work - HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, GEOINT, and targeting intelligence OSIINT, GEOINT, and targeting intelligence Demonstrated experience leading at least 30 (of the 300) personnel deployed to both DTAAC and ODTAAC locations.
Demonstrated experience leading Special Operations Forces.
Experience in special operations intelligence disciplines and/or significant knowledge of special operations is required.
