Job Summary: The US Army JFK Special Warfare Center and School (SWCS) conducts Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) training for Special Forces (SF) and other designated military and government personnel.
The contract Team Leaders provide contractor supervision at various echelons in the program and ensure the correct execution of course material IAW the SERE School POI and SOPs.
This position is contingent upon the award of a government contract.
Responsibilities:
Supervise contractor instructors at the section, team, and shift levels to successfully achieve SERE training objectives.
Oversee contractor training delivery to ensure correct and consistent instruction IAW the SWCS SERE School POI, training SOPs, and applicable training policy and guidance.
Assist and advise the Training Cell in instructor training and qualification and overall accomplishment of the In-Service Training Program (ISTP).
Required Skills and Experience:
Expertise in PR/SERE training, policy and operational TTPs including applicable TRADOC, JPRA and DoD guidelines pertaining to SWCS and SERE School training operations.
High level of familiarity with SWCS SERE School POI and SOPs
Experience in SERE instructor training and instructor training program management.
Minimum of four (4) years’ experience as a fully certified instructor/trainer in any SERE discipline.
Minimum of one (1) year recent experience at the SWCS Level C SERE course in a Resistance Academics or Resistance Training Laboratory role.
Graduate of a DoD SERE Level C course.
Meet all qualifications and maintain certification at the advanced instructor level.
Maintain physical fitness to accomplish required rigorous physical activity consistent with the SERE program training requirements and the PWS.
Secret clearance.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Three (3) or more years as a contract team leader at the SWCS SERE Level C course
Previous experience as a contractor in a Key Personnel role at a SERE Level C training program.
Completion of advanced SERE training programs such as the PR 300 series courses or other JPRA certified PR/SERE training programs.
Previous active-duty SOF experience conducting tactical ground, air and/or maritime operations.
Required Background Check: Employment pre-hire screening and DoD security clearance verification (Secret)

All drug screening includes testing for the following drugs, at a minimum: Marijuana (CBD, hemp oil, and other cannabidiol use may result in a positive result), cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, 6-monoacetylmorphine, and PCP.
Personnel who cannot pass drug screening are not eligible for employment with T3i.
