The CIF Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of the Central Issue Facility (CIF) to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished in accordance with prescribed regulations, policies, and supply principles.
The CIF Supervisor is responsible for management and oversight of centralized program management of Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE) and Individual Protective (Chemical) Equipment (IPE) world-wide and throughout its life cycle.

MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES: Briefs Accountable Officer of all CIF related issues.
Must demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in management skills Must have knowledge of current supply regulations, policies, and procedures Establishes and implements project budgets, milestones, staffing requirements, and internal organization.
Serves as liaison with the customer and receives tasking from the customer.
Provides technical direction and general supervision of all assigned personnel.
Resolving supply management issues and requirements Ensuring core Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE) services are provided in accordance with AR 700-84, AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-1, AR 735-5, and Installation Support Modules (ISM) Operation Manual.
Conduct meetings, evaluate plans, and prepare reports, plans, and working instructions.
Attend, or facilitate as required, scheduled and unscheduled CIF planning and status meetings required by the COR.
Submit workload reports in accordance with contract requirements.
Reviews and annotates changes to the RO/ROP stockage levels status report.
Maintains property and equipment IAW Army regulations, PWS, SOP, and Work Instructions.
Reviews daily and monthly records of all property and equipment transactions including Hand Receipts, Lateral transfers, Requisitions, AAR’s and other supply transactions.
Ensures all Annual/Cyclic inventories are conducted IAW current regulatory procedure.
Assist and advise CIF Accountable Officer.
Analyzes, produce, and generate statistical data and reports to ascertain trends, conformance to standards and directives and efficiency of operations.
Oversees and maintain logistical data provided by the ISM automated system.
Coordinates logistical activities with customers, leads, and supervisors.
Ensures that all safety precautions are adhered to at all times.
Performs other duties as assigned to meet organizational/operational objectives.
MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED: Standard office equipment, associated computer applications.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety vest, steel or composite shoes/boots, safety gloves, hard hat and eyewear in certain areas.
Work will typically be in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment.
There may be times when an employee is exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES: Must be able to lift a maximum of 40 pounds.
Must be able to operate in a warehouse and outdoor type environment.
Must be able to walk on uneven ground and within work various sites 6-8 hours a day in performance of duties.
Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must be a U.
S.
citizen.
Must be able to pass the standard background check.
NAC-I clearance required.
Experience: Ten (10) years or more experience in supply operations at the property book level Ten (10) years or more of supervisory experience.
Possess high ethical standards and demonstrate professionalism.
Must have technical experience and comprehensive knowledge of Government regulations, policies, procedures and supervisor role.
Must have comprehensive knowledge of the applicable supply and equipment management processes, related regulation, and is required to ensure effective accountability of all assigned property.
Valid Driver’s License without restrictions.
Must be able to maintain driving privileges aboard the Fort Liberty Military installation.
Ability to prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and interact at all levels.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; ability to work in a team-based, highly collaborative environment.
Capacity to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communications skills; ability to interact at all levels.
Other duties as assigned to meet organizational/operational objectives.
