Lead Writer (SME)
Summary: The location of this work is at Fort Liberty, North Carolina.
The nature of this work is to provide Writer Support to the Security Force Assistance Command (SFAC) G3.
Job Description:
Develop SFAC Readiness Standard Operating Procedures as part of the TACSOP
Serves as the lead subject matter expert and:
Lead writer and responsible for directing the efforts of the other contracted writers.
Responsible for ensuring that the deliverables are submitted on time and in a manner that allows the government to immediately use the product upon completion of the government’s review period.
Ensures products are developed using spiral development.
Provides site supervision on other contractor personnel supporting this effort and working on the government site.
Provides SME advice and assistance to other product development contractors
Prepare Initial, Final, and Production Ready Drafts
Qualifications:
SECRET Clearance (current) Required
Combat Arms Experience at the Brigade and Division level
Command and General Staff College Graduate
Security Assistance or Security Cooperation Experience
Master’s Degree preferred
Military writing experience
“Dirt” Combat Training Center (CTC) Observer / Controller Experience
