Job Description As a Program Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage assigned corporate contracts and programs in support of WGI's federal and commercial clients.
Management of programs includes oversite and reporting of profit/loss, deliverables, schedules, and assigned personnel matters.
Supported programs may include sensitive activities, and specialized products which support our client's operational requirements for critical missions that achieve their national security objectives.
You will be required to use several databases and information systems in performance of your duties.
You will be responsible for oversite and management of personnel on contracts that provide specified tasks and performance objectives as outlined in the various contract's Statements of Work.
In support of corporate development initiatives and on-contract growth, you will provide technical guidance and advisory assistance in the preparation of supporting acquisition documentation responses including solutioning for various client's Statement of Objectives, Statement of Work requirements, procurement plans, program descriptions, technical specifications, and other required solicitation information.
In support of your assigned programs, you will provide technical assistance in vendor/acquisition contractor proposal evaluation, COTS/GOTS product analysis, source selection, acceptance testing, and performance monitoring against established benchmarks.
You will be expected to develop or interpret metrics, track performance, and periodically report performance metrics to both corporate staff and Government representatives.
You will work with your team to improve processes, contract quality of service, cost management, and make and implement improvement recommendations.
You are responsible for conducting meetings, briefings, and interface with the on-site Government representatives as well as the WGI corporate staff.
Additionally, you will have the responsibility of making sure safety is maintained and adhered to in accordance with US local and federal regulations.

Work directly with government representatives to execute contract deliverables.
Work with HR to maintain employee rosters, organization charts, and PERSAT reports.
Work with HR to advise and assist in employee recruitment, turnover, and retention.
Work closely and is focal point for subcontractor teammates, employees, and leadership.
Develop and submit Monthly status and quarterly reports IAW contract deliverables for review and submission.
Ensure quality control personnel and mechanisms are ongoing per contract requirements.
Work closely with HQ staff to ensure support is in adherence with contract requirements, federal standards, and deliverables.
Provide oversight to the finance department to make sure that invoices are submitted and tracked in a timely manner.
Provide oversight on contract labor hours to ensure that contract deliverables remain in-scope and align with Statement of Work deliverables.
Assist in the management and analysis of contract profit and loss.
Manage and execute the implementation of procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.
Work closely with HR to track and manage employee performance, opportunities, and resources.
Work closely with HR, site leads, and Training Managers to ensure that required training is implemented per contract guidelines.
Work closely with Finance to manage contract cost accounting goals.
Ensure finance properly sets up and maintains contractual data to ensure CLIN, Work Breakdown, payroll, and other financial mechanisms are properly employed to support contracts.
Coordinate with finance and business operations to ensure the projects remain on schedule and within budget using technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Conduct travel to contract sites for periodic reviews.
Work with WGI Safety Officer to ensure safety deliverables are met.
Assist Business development with contract growth and opportunities.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or project management; or 5-10 years managing programs.
Project Management Professional Certification Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS), rules and regulations Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent decision-making, and problem-solving skills Exceptional communication skills at all levels to handle high levels of pressure and decision making, strategy and implementation requirements.
Excellent people skills, with experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team.
Resourcefulness in setting priorities, proposing new ways of creating efficiencies, and guiding investment in people and systems.
Flexible and a self-starter; able to multi-task while also being highly detail oriented.
