*Job Purpose Statement:*
To coordinate and guide all training functions for assigned restaurants.
Provide training programs and resources to aid in the development of crew and management personnel to improve overall restaurant operations.
*Job Functions:*
* Coordinate and guide training programs for crew and management personnel for assigned restaurants.
* Assist in the selection of Training General Managers with input from Operations.
Monitor all restaurants conducting Basic Management Training (BMT) program.
Follow up with trainees to ensure training is conducted properly.
* Coordinate training of new products/procedures.
* Coordinate training for new restaurant openings.
* Schedule and orient management personnel to attend management training programs and provide follow-up after training.
* Instruct and certify management personnel in ServSafe Food Safety Certification Course.
* Coordinate and facilitate Leadership Selection Review Boards for all management candidates.
* Coordinate and facilitate Safety Committee for assigned restaurants.
* Provide one on one training for newly promoted General Managers.
* Create database and track management development.
* Design new training programs to determine effectiveness and implement approved changes accordingly.
* Ensure all sanitation, safety and security policies and procedures are recognized and enforced to ensure a safe environment for all.
* Verify Basic Management Training expenses within cost guidelines.
* Schedule, organize and implement workshops and meetings for training purposes.
* Provide one on one Training for District Managers in Training.
* Consistently exhibit the actions/behaviors which best demonstrate BNE’s Vision and Values;
* perform other tasks as directed by management; and at all times represent Boddie-Noell
* Enterprises, Inc.
as a professional in every aspect of performance.
*Requirements: *
* Fast Food experience (General Manager and above)
* Soft Skills (communication, teamwork and problem solving)
* Experience with guiding training programs for crew and management
* Experience with coordinating training of new products and procedures
* ServeSafe Certified
