What you'll do:
- Climb ladders to roof tops, work outdoors.
-Installing HVAC equipment to include roof tops, split systems, ductless mini, controls.
- Duct installation
- Soldering, Welding, Pipe Fitting
-All other duties assigned as needed.

Requirements:
-Lead Mechanic Experience
-Minimum 5 years' experience
-EPA Certification
-Experienced with Boilers and Chillers, Controls, Low Voltage Wiring, Low Voltage Wiring and Vav Boxes
-All candidates are subject to pre-employment drug screenings and background checks
-All applicants shall, unless otherwise described in the job requirements, possess a valid driver's license and shall demonstrate safe driving practice by submitting a recent DMV Safe Driving Record.
