Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler/Dispatcher to join our team at Savvy Cleaning Company.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing the efficiency of our cleaning operations by coordinating schedules, dispatching teams, and ensuring timely service delivery to our clients.
The hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5:30pm.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Schedule Management: - Efficiently manage and organize cleaning schedules for teams based on client requirements, service type, and geographical locations.
- Regularly update and adjust schedules to accommodate client requests, emergencies, and changes in staffing.
2.
Dispatcher Duties: - Coordinate with cleaning teams, providing clear and concise instructions on job assignments, client expectations, and any special requirements.
- Act as a point of contact between clients and cleaning teams, addressing any issues, concerns, or last-minute changes promptly and professionally.
3.
Communication: - Maintain open lines of communication with both clients and cleaning teams to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
- Provide timely updates to clients on the status of their appointments and any relevant information.
4.
Problem Resolution: - Proactively identify and address scheduling conflicts, resource shortages, or any issues that may impact service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to find effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
5.
Record Keeping: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, service history, and scheduling details using our management software.
Qualifications: - Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in the use of scheduling and dispatching software.
