20, 2023 Program: SOF GLSS Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a Logistics Management Analysis in the Fayetteville, NC area.
The successful candidate will provide Battalion Logistics Accountability Support to the United States Army John F.
Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (USJFKSWCS).
The candidate will act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on a variety of topics and functions, including (but not limited to): basic supply management principles and detailed knowledge of regulatory GCSS-Army and perform unit supply management functions pertaining to property request, hand receipts/hand receipt management, updating property book records, preparing equipment for lateral transfer and turn-in, preparing Inventory Adjustment Report (IARs), Financial Liability Investigations of Property Loss (FLIPL); receipt, store, inventory, issue, and account for all unit property and materiel.
Contractor personnel must have a working knowledge of the GCSS-Army and be familiar with the Supply Regulations that governs supply and property accountability.
Accept newly assigned personnel and, releasing departing personnel in DTS.
Basic Qualifications: - Completed Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army) automated supply system training for Supply and S4.
- Have working knowledge to utilize AESIP Nonstandard Line item Number Module.
- Be physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, unassisted.
- Completed certification for DTS.
- Experience with reviewing and validating monthly Unit Status Reports.
- Working knowledge with Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP), DoD, DA, and USASOC regulations, directives and policies.
Desired Skills: - Be a graduate of the Army (92Y) MOS Advanced Leaders Course or other branch of service equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of supervisory logistics experience at the battalion level.
- Possess excellent work ethic, verbal and written communication skills, and be detailed and accurate in performing all functions.
- Be able to operate a standalone computer without assistance and display expert knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Possess a valid, unencumbered state driver’s license.
- Be able to drive Government-owned trucks, vans and vehicles.
No CDL license required.
- Be able to perform duties independently, with little or no supervision.
- Be able to write correspondence in a military format and be familiar with AR 25-50.
- Ability to obtain a secret security clearance, and must have an interim secret clearance prior to start so therefore all candidates must be a US Citizen.
