Sweetwater Property Management is looking to hire an Experienced Community Manager for a boutique apartment community located in the historic Haymount, Fayetteville, NC.
Our superstar Community Manager will manage a multi-family apartment portfolio including Carolina Pines, Carolina Place, Westlawn and Clarendon.
Looking for a motivated, results driven manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of Apartment Property Manager experience, skills to manage and maintain a multi-site portfolio, mentor team members, ability to close sales, turn phone calls into visits, retain residents, track expenses, and overall is a great fit with SWPM core values.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Lease vacant homes, high resident retention.
Direct and participate in the daily operations of the property.
Oversee the maintenance department and property appearance.
Work on marketing to execute and create marketing and social media plans.
Manage all leasing duties such as tour applications and final leasing paperwork.
Manage all onsite staff including motivating training and performance development.
Plan schedule and host resident events.
Maintain the system for service requests and follow-ups.
Manage and track expenses to ensure they are in line with budget expectations.
Maintain the resident database accounts receivable and accounts payable.
