What is a Shift Manager?
The Shift Manager Position is a mid level management position and is perfect starting place for the person looking for a career with us.
Some Senior Troopers will be selected for promotion to a Manager in Training (MITs).
The difference from Trooper and Senior Trooper is that Seniors will run a shift, be certified in Food Safety, and will be the go-to person for the store management and owners.
Senior Troopers lead by example, and earn the respect of their co-workers.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will ORGANIZE and RUN the shift, that includes planning it and making sure it runs smoothly by actively working with the people you supervise.
There are checklists for Opening, Mid Shift and Closing that you will run and help others with, youll bake bread, make orders and give service to guests AND your co-workers.
What do we look for in a Senior Associate?
Perform all duties of a Baldinos Trooper- Slice, Dress and Grill Subs, Expedite Orders, Cashier, Baking and General Cleanup Duties
Excellent health & energetic; you enjoy working under stress, even thrive on it.
Honest, personable, and capable of maintaining great rapport with customers and co-workers
Work and character references checked and approved- Some Restaurant Experience is a Must.
