*Contractor Plant Manager (CPM)* * *Location:* Fayetteville, NC * *Schedule:* Full-time Job Overview: The Contractor Plant Manager (CPM) oversees all operations and personnel at the contracted laundry facility, ensuring efficient services that meet contractual requirements.
*Responsibilities and Duties:* * Manage all daily operations, staff, equipment, and processes of the contracted laundry facility.
* Ensure facility outputs meet quality, timeline, and specification requirements in the contract.
* Respond and address all matters related to the contract, committing the Contractor to prompt action.
* Be available for contact by the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative during all business hours and specified off-duty hours.
* Designate an alternate CPM for times when unavailable who has full authority to act on the contract.
*Qualifications:* * Certification from *National Association of Institutional Linen Management* (NAILM) or graduation from an independently controlled management-training program with an emphasis in institutional laundry.
* Minimum 3 years of specialized experience in a Contractor Plant Manager or similar role.
* Extensive knowledge of institutional laundry operations, equipment, processes, and management.
* Ability to lead personnel and ensure efficient performance.
* Excellent communication and responsiveness.
* Availability during specified business and off-duty hours.
