Restaurant General Manager / Managing Partner
The General Manager (GM) is the Burger Authority of a single Red Robin Restaurant whether they are on or off the premises.
The GM is responsible for communicating and administering all company policies and procedures.
The GM embraces an entrepreneurial spirit and is responsible for all aspects of profit and loss, being the top dog of talent & training, daily execution of safety/sanitation, building maintenance, quality food preparation and a superhero for guests.

Must be at least 21 years of age
Full service restaurant leadership experience required
Two years full service restaurant experience at a General Manager level preferred.

Experience managing / reading P&L required
High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
Serv Safe certified recommended
Must be able to obtain alcohol service permit where required by law
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays
Reliable transportation required
