*Assistant General Manager / AGM* - Mentored by & Reports to the MP/GM.

The AGM’s suggestions and recommendations as to the hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, or any other change of status of other employees is respected and taken into consideration.
*Training Coordinator / TC *- Responsible for the staffing (interviewing and hiring), training and development of all team members.
In conjunction with the MP/GM and AGM, the TC oversees the operation of the restaurant, the timely preparation and presentation of food, and ensures legendary service to all guests, staff, and vendors.
The TC’s suggestions and recommendations as to the hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, or any other change of status of other employees is respected and taken into consideration.
*Assistant Manager / AM - *In conjunction with the MP/GM, AGM and TC, the AM is directly responsible for the interviewing, hiring, and training of all FOH employees, forecasting, scheduling and reconciling in house and to-go sales and foh productivity, oversees the operation of the restaurant and is specifically responsible for ensuring the FOH behaviors related to food safety, health and sanitation procedures, and all facets of customer service related support and recovery.
The AM is managing a customarily recognized department or subdivision of the enterprise, in conjunction with the AGM the AM is also responsible for all the FOH employees which there are never less than 8 and on average 12 employees during operating hours.
The AM’s suggestions and recommendations as to the hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, or any other change of status of other employees is respected and taken into consideration.
*Kitchen Manager / KM - *In conjunction with the MP/GM, AGM and TC, the KM is directly responsible for all facets of kitchen operations which include interviewing, hiring, and training all BOH employees, forecasting, scheduling, and reconciling kitchen sales and boh productivity, and all food and operating supply purchases, inventory, and COGS management.
The KM is managing a customarily recognized department or subdivision of the enterprise, being the Kitchen operations.
The KM is also responsible for daily operations and supervision of boh employees which there are never less than 4 and an average of 6 during operating hours.
The KM’s suggestions and recommendations as to the hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, or any other change of status of other employees is respected and taken into consideration.
