Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
- Ensure that all food production and service activities are carried out efficiently and according to company standards
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to ensure smooth operations across all shifts
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, handling, and service procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Proficiency in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
