Weekly pay
Receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $11.
00 per hour during training
18% of your revenue as a Partner (average between $12-14 hourly)
21% of your revenue, if you meet the standards for Team Leader (average $14-16 hourly)
Job requires a valid driver’s license so you can drive a company car during the workday.
Earn paid time off up to 5 days per year
Earn a 2% company match for your 401k contributions

Communicate with customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner

Team Leader Job Description
The responsibilities of a team leader generally consist of the following:
ATTENDANCE, PUNCTUALITY, AND APPEARANCE
Report to work no later than 8:00 a.
m.
Monday through Friday.
Attend and participate in all staff meetings.
Maintain appearance and demeanor consistent with the MOLLY MAID image.
CLEANING SERVICE
Fulfill all the essential functions of a home service professional.
Clean homes at the MOLLY MAID level of quality, following our procedures.
TEAM MANAGEMENT, to include:
Direct the team and define responsibilities in each house.
Effectively communicate with a partner(s) when delegating duties.
Ensure that all members of the team conduct themselves properly at all times and take proper care of customers’ property.
Report all injuries immediately (not at the end of the day).
Injured workers must immediately be seen by a physician/clinic specified by the supervisor.
Inspect own work and partner(s) work in customers’ homes and ensure that it completely meets MOLLY MAID quality standards, and meets or exceeds customers’ expectations.
Communicate with other team members and delegate duties.
Abide by all rules, regulations, and policies contained in the employee handbook, safety manual, cleaning manual, and employment agreement.
This includes active participation in identifying, reporting, and correcting situations affecting safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Fulfill all other duties and responsibilities assigned by the company.
Cooperate with supervisor and perform duties assigned by supervisor.
Team Lead is ultimately responsible for the quality of the clean.
CUSTOMER SERVICE, to include:
Manage customer and employee relations.
Leave a note for each customer on each visit.
Ensure the proper and safe handling of customers’ keys.
Ensure homes are locked and secure upon leaving.
ROUTE MANAGEMENT, to include:
Keep route binder neat, organized, and secure and keep its contents confidential.
Collect and record customer payments, issue receipts, and transport them safely to the office.
Document all route activity using the proper forms.
Document and report all problems, suggestions, or customer comments to the office.
(hazards, injuries, safety violations, breakage, damage, etc.
)
List names of teammates on team leader schedule (daily).
Sign team leader’s schedule (daily).
VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE, to include:
Properly use and maintain the MOLLY MAID vehicle.
Properly use and maintain all provided cleaning supplies and equipment.
Report all deficiencies or unusual characteristics of the MOLLY MAID vehicle or equipment.
Ensure the team has sufficient quantities of approved cleaning supplies.
Conduct basic repairs and employ preventive maintenance to vacuum cleaners (replacing belts, cleaning, etc.
).
Launder soiled cleaning cloths (may be reimbursed for the expense partnered with this work requirement).
This is hard work, but can be very rewarding for people who have pride in a job well done, like to help people and like to stay moving.
