```Job Overview```
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team.
As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
```Duties```
- Manage and supervise all front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Monitor dining room cleanliness and appearance, ensuring tables are properly set and maintained
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain inventory of front-of-house supplies such as menus, condiments, and cleaning supplies
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate cash register operations
- Schedule front-of-house staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in kitchen management or hospitality management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism
- Familiarity with restaurant operations including banquet service and food service management
