Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations - Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime - Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly - Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance tasks - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory management - Collaborate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and ensure minimal disruption to operations - Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices, safety protocols, and equipment operation - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology Skills: - Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical and welding - Experience in facilities management and maintenance supervision - Solid understanding of mechanical knowledge regarding packing equipment - Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively supervise a team - Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines - English-Bi-Lingual Spanish Prefer But Not Required - Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment issues and develop effective solutions - Knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $25.
