Front of House Manager

Huske Hardware Restaurant & Brewery is Fayetteville's oldest brewery and 2nd oldest brewery in North Carolina.
We are actively seeking an experienced Front of House Manager that is customer service oriented with a proven track record in providing exceptional service in the hospitality industry.
This position supports the General Manager in all aspects of the restaurant daily operations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to * Evaluate the restaurant’s need for front of house activities and ensure that all stations are filled * Support and motivate staff members on a regular basis to ensure that they perform well * Ascertain that all waiters and servers are positioned in their appropriate areas and gauge the need for additional staff members * Assist staff members in performing their work, especially during peak hours or holidays * Monitor and reinforce food safety procedures and screen inventory levels on a constant basis * Manage and maintain safe working conditions for all restaurant workers and customers by ensuring that safety procedures and protocols are adhered to * Coordinated the efforts of wait and custodial staff to ensure that all restaurant areas, including tables, chairs and counters are kept clean and sanitized * Manage both reservation and wait-lists to ensure that patrons are seated with the minimum wait time.
* Coordinate the services of wait staff to ensure the delivery of timely and exceptional services to all patrons.
* Enforce and monitor all health, food safety and sanitation standards within the restaurant.
* Assist catering staff with function management duties by providing insight and help with logistics.
* Oversee the work of the wait staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and appropriate portioning of meals.
* Coordinate and oversee the implementation of policies, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs within the restaurant.
* Prepare schedules for staff members and ensure that their duties are communicated to them at the beginning of their shift.
