Two's Lead Teacher

Flaming Sword Daycare-ELC is looking for a lead teacher for Two's room.
Candidates must present with a warm and friendly demeanor and have a heart for children of all ages.
Hours of work: Monday-Friday (8-5) with a 1 hour - in house lunch break.
Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to; * Meeting regularly with other teachers to develop weekly lesson plans and monthly activities.
* Meeting with the childcare director to review curriculum plans.
* Making sure all state guidelines and rules are being followed.
* Meeting the Childs 5 developmental domains.
* Set up and maintain a well organized and safe classroom environment that stimulates academic growth.
* Developing positive relationships with all parents.
* Provide a classroom environment that is grounded in faith and conduct Bible lessons and prayers.
And so much more.
All candidates MUST HAVE the following; * TB test completed within the last year with a negative result.
* Up to date North Carolina Health and Safety Trainings.
* Up to date North Carolina background check with fingerprints.
* North Carolina Credentials and or Associates degree * Up to date first aid/CPR training * Up to date ITS/SIDS training * Staff health assessment completed within the last year from a licensed physician.
All candidates MUST BE ABLE TO: * Lift anywhere from 25-30 pounds.
* Be able to squat, walk, kneel, sit on floor, see, hear, and speak with the children to ensure children's health and safety at all times.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $32,000.
00 - $35,568.
