Education:
*IT Manager at our location in Fayetteville, NC*
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Maintain high performing service support functions for IT Helpdesk
* Define, develop, and ensure the local IT strategies are in alignment with the M+H business strategy, coordinating with the appropriate Process Owner and in accordance with M+H Standards
* Provide strong communication as a Business Relationship Manager
* Define the IT goals and set priorities together with the local IT management in accordance with Corporate IT
* Resolve issues in the context of escalation management for IT at the location
* Prepare reports for Corporate IT on a regular basis
* Request and release the SLAs (service level agreements) with Corporate IT and 3rd party service providers
* Ensure proper software licensing in the subsidiary, and compliance with the legal regulations
* Ensure IT security on a localized level, approve IT security systems and process within the company according to M+H IT guidelines
* Develop the IT organization and personnel, allocate IT staff and coordinate with IT headquarters in identifying employees´ training needs
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or a related field
*Experience:*
* 5 years’ minimum relevant work experience
* Experience across ITIL service support processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
*Required Skills:*
* Project management and requirement analysis experience and skills
* Knowledge of commonly used concepts, operations, practices, and procedures within IT Service Desk operations
* Ability to work independently as well as team player in an international environment
* Familiar with risk management / escalation management, and managing deadlines
* Knowledge of commonly used concepts, operations, practices, and procedures within IT Service
* Knowledge of IT related laws
* Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
* 10% Travel Domestically
*Preferred Skills:*
* SAP experience
* Familiar with manufacturing environment
* Familiar with supply chain management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.
00 - $85,000.
