Kitchen Manager

```Duties``` - Oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen operations - Ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards - Develop and maintain standard recipes and portion control to maximize profitability - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Train and supervise kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction - Adhere to all health and safety regulations ```Experience``` - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a kitchen management role - Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends - Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Exceptional customer service skills The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for the culinary arts, a strong background in kitchen management, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
