In this role, you will be responsible for developing techniques and procedures aimed at organizing, locating, and facilitating access to essential data and expertise needed to tackle specific business tasks and projects supporting USSOCOM at Fort Liberty, NC.

Responsibilities:
Provide insight and implement the Knowledge and Information Management Plan
Leverage your extensive knowledge of computer systems, organizational processes, strategies, goals, and objectives, you will facilitate improvements in the Knowledge Management (KM) process
Oversee the storage, retrieval, and organization of acquisition information while ensuring the preservation of historical data
You will apply your in-depth expertise in change management, KM, and organizational learning to support processes such as re-engineering, system integrations, and organizational changes
As the subject matter expert, you will provide authoritative guidance in support of the Knowledge Management (KM) doctrine
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
A minimum of one year of specialized Information/Knowledge Management experience at a level equivalent to the GS-12 grade in the Federal service
Proficiency in Knowledge Management principles, processes, tools, foundational technologies, methodologies, and best practices
Strong grasp of communication concepts, principles, practices, procedures, processes, and techniques, along with the ability to comprehend scientific and technological advancements in the field of communications, as well as related electronic and automation techniques
Demonstrated capability to plan, schedule, and conduct studies aimed at defining, examining, and assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of assigned programs
Experience with Microsoft tools and platforms used for data analysis, reporting, and collaboration
