there is room for growth from this position to either a shift leader position or into the manager in training track, but you must first prove yourself to be mezeh material! what you will do: * learn the mezeh menu; ingredients, recipes, build guides for entrees, importance of freshness * learn the mezeh way; learn the dos and don'ts of the mezeh front of house so that you can serve our guests with the consistency we have established across the brand * teamwork; mezeh is not a 1-person job, you will need to work closely with your co-workers to get the job done right * mezeh app; you will need to know how the mezeh app works so that you can help guests understand the rewards program and how to use it! deal breakers: * reliable transportation - must be able to make it to and from mezeh prior to your scheduled time * english comprehension - must be able to speak and understand english to the point of providing excellent customer service while on shift what you get: * competitive pay + tips (average tips = +$2/$3 / hour * employee discounts (both on and off the clock) * employee recognition program * employee will receive time paid off after 90 days Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.
