Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining high standards of service.
* Lead, train, and inspire a team of dedicated employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales and revenue, while ensuring cost control and profitability.
* Maintain a strong focus on customer service, anticipating needs, and resolving any issues that may arise to ensure an WOW! experience.
* Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, food quality standards, and sanitation practices.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
* Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including familiarity with industry trends and customer preferences.
* Strong business acumen with a focus on driving revenue and profitability while maintaining cost control measures.
* Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and vendors.
* Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner.
* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
