Shift Lead Responsibilities Work with the manager on duty to verify store is following Food Safety Programs Assume responsibility for quality of products prepared and served Ensure employees are using checklists and following specs Ensure the proper ordering and receiving of food products Work with the GM on inventory and daily paper work Work with the GM on Profit & Loss Statements Properly maintain equipment per manufacturers and company specification Participate in ongoing training and development Requirements include: Must be dedicated to excellence and hospitality Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high volume environment Must be one who looks to take the initiative and not wait for directions Open availability and flexibility are a must ability to work a changing schedule Compensation Depending on Experience Brand: Burger King Address: 200 Roberts Ave Lumberton, NC - 28358 Property Description: BK #8428 Property Number: 8428
