Site Manager

*PART-TIME SITE MANAGER *needed to work 30 hours/week at a 60-unit apartment community in Smithfield.
Pay range is $18 - $20 per hour, based on experience.
HUD experience preferred.
Candidate must be organized, computer proficient, have excellent communication skills and transportation, a “can do” attitude and excellent people skills for interacting with residents and the general public.
Work involves processing applications, neat and accurate record-keeping, management operations of the properties, problem solving, and other administrative duties.
Credit, background check, and drug test required.
