JOB SUMMARY Naman Hotels, a leading hotel management company that offers numerous opportunities for growth and success in the hospitality industry, is searching for an experienced and enthusiastic General Manager to join our team at our brand-new Springhill Suites by Marriott in Fayetteville, NC.
Duties: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and hospitality Manage and motivate a team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to brand standards Monitor hotel performance metrics and implement improvements as needed Naman Hotels, a leading hotel management company that offers numerous opportunities for growth and success in the hospitality industry, is searching for an experienced and enthusiastic General Manager to join our team at our brand-new Springhill Suites by Marriott in Fayetteville, NC.
Job Requirements Fosse Experience Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred) Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Multilingual skills are a plus Proficient in using hotel management software systems Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles Familiarity with human resources practices in the hospitality industry Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Pay and Benefits: $70,000-$85,000 annually, plus potential of 25% bonus of salary.
