General Manager (GM)

Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including coffee production, food handling, and shift management.
- Ensure high-quality food service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items and specials.
Requirements: - Previous experience in restaurant or food service management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of coffee production, food handling, and culinary techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Understanding of financial principles and ability to analyze financial data.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
