Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the safe administration of medications ensuring the 6 rights of medication administration are followed.
Count and doucuments all narcotics that are administred to residents.
Responsible fro the total inventory of medications at the community, includung but not limited to ordering medications, receiving and verifing medication, storing and dating medications, removing expired or discontinued medications, and notifing the proper parties when medidcations supply is low.
Notice discrepancies regarding medication inventory and report to the appropiate parties.
Responsible for daily cleaning of all medicine carts at the end of shift and restocking as needed.
Responsible for weekly deep cleaning of all med carts.
Responsible fro veryfing all current MAR's are compared to new MAR's at chang over time.
Provide personal care to residents as needed, including bathing, skin care, oral hygiene, gromming, dressing, incontinence care, and eating.
Provide general nursing care to include, but not limited to vital signs, temperatures, blood pressure, and weights.
Documents appropriates information inthe daily log as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience
- You must have a state specific Medication Technician certification.
Yoy must have excleent verbal skills

Pay: $1,657.
