Hours are 3 pm to 11 pm Monday – Friday

*Responsibilities:*
· Manage the day-to-day operations of the group home facility, including staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
· Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to a team of support staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
· Oversee the daily activities, meals, and medication administration, for residents, ensuring their overall well-being and safety.
· Maintain accurate records and documentation related to residents' health, progress, incidents, and any other relevant information.
· Foster meaningful relationships with residents
· Participate in staff training ensuring staff members have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet residents' needs effectively.
· Handle any crisis situations or emergencies that may arise, following established protocols and ensuring the well-being and safety of all residents and staff.
*Requirements:*
· Must be 18 years old or older and graduated high school
· Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a group home or similar setting.
· Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards for group home operations and the ability to ensure compliance.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships with residents and staff.
· Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and support a team, resolve conflicts, and make sound decisions.
· Empathy, compassion, and a genuine interest in supporting individuals with diverse needs.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
· Proficiency in computer applications and documentation systems.
· Valid driver's license and the ability to provide transportation for residents, as needed.
