Skill Level: If you know how to saw, work a hand drill, and follow step-by-step instruction with pictures, you can build a windmill tower and build this head kit.
One afternoon can build an 8 foot or 11 foot Windmill for a first time build.
The build time will be different depending on skill level.
Most experienced woodworkers can build a tower for a windmill in half the time or less.
