New rims and new front tires and new tubes in rear tires.

Does not have 3pt hitch.
If you have a tractor with a bad motor you could put 3pt hydraulic unit on this tractor, it has block off plates from the factory for adding hydraulics, Great for someone needing to pull tobacco trailers, hay trailer or hayrides, parades,etc.
