Bonded Dogs (Dunn)

Looking to find a forever home for these two sweethearts! These dogs are named Ruby (the brown and white) and her son Smokey.
They were surrendered to to Dunn Animal Control in July because their owner had to go to the hospital and ended up in an assisted living facility so she was unable to keep them.
We wanted them to get out of that situation and are "fostering" them until we can find them a new home.
They will have a small rehoming fee so that we can continue to try to help dogs in similar situations once these two have found a home.
Ruby is 10 years old and she is very sweet.
She will follow anyone around so that she can get attention.
She doesn't mind being pet, but doesn't force anyone to give her attention beyond following them around.
Smokey is Ruby's son and he is 8.
He is just as sweet as Ruby! He follows you around and will give you no choice but to pet him.
He loves to sleep on the couch right next to you as you watch TV.
They are crate trained, potty trained, and know at least basic commands.
They walk GREAT on their leashes and do not pull.
We don't know everything they have been trained, but they are very smart.
They are up to date on vaccines, and have been spayed/neutered.
They are bonded and so they must go together, but they do get along well with other dogs.
They get along with our dogs great.
They are NOT cat friendly and will chase them.
They love people, and do not often bark at strangers.
In their old home they lived around young kids, so they should do well with them.
They are the perfect dogs for someone who is lower energy and wants their dogs to be couch potatoes.
