Primer hunting tract.
500 acres.
Heavy Deer and Turkey populations.
Limited availability, 1 Slot available.
$400 for the rest of the season.
Located in Harnett county 6 miles south of Lillington.
45 minutes to 1 hour south of Raleigh area, 30-45 minutes north of Fayetteville.
To one that might be considering this opportunity: In 2010 I made a decision to start the process of transforming this 500 acre tract to be a destination that offered someone very good Deer and Turkey hunting opportunities, your own private pistol/rifle range.
A local place to retreat to, to get out of town and away from everyone and everything.
Maybe just enjoy the pure beauty of nature that our GOD created.
Or maybe one is looking for ways to expose one’s children to joy of being outdoors.
One of my current hunters 6 year old son took his first spike Buck this past season! In the past 12 years I have invested over $150,000 transforming this arena.
Carving out food plots in remote areas.
Grading these remote food plots so they can drain appropriately is time consuming and very expensive.
So is applying heavy amounts of lime to these food plots to raise the soil PH from 4.
9 to 7 so good nutritious forage crops can grow in these spots.
All this time,$ and effort so the wildlife can have an abundant, highly nutritious food sources available to them all year.
These practices help hold the deer and turkey.
Building and installing numerous elevated deer stands is expensive and time consuming also.
Creating infrastructure so one can have access to different areas of this tract is part of my vision too.
Without access to these different areas, one’s hunting results would be frustrating.
Building roads, digging drain ditches, installing a lot of culvert pipe for drainage is time consuming and expensive.
Maybe these pictures will give you a little preview of what could be yours to enjoy.
I took the pictures this afternoon.
11-05-2023.
The deer have mowed down several of the food plots.
Its hard to tell from these photos.
If you chose to respond and take a tour of my tract you will see for yourself what I'm talking about.
