Job Description Summary:
The Division of Engineering and Environmental Studies is seeking applications for an adjunct Instructor in the Department of Engineering.
Courses to be taught include Engineering Statistics, Engineering Economy, Operations Research, Electrical Engineering, and Engineering Management.
We seek instructors who are adept in student-centered teaching methods, equity-based approaches to pedagogy and experience with digital teaching technologies.
Responsibilities:
Teach a MWF or T/TH on-campus schedule; however, hybrid or online options may be available based on experience and need.
Course schedules may include up to 3 courses per semester.
Course preparation, delivery, grading, and records management for each course for the full duration of scheduled instruction.
Be fully prepared for each class session and enforce academic policy and procedures/comply with institutional rules and regulations.
Maintain complete course and student records.

Master’s or Ph.
D.
with at least 18 graduate semester hours in industrial and systems engineering or closely related field.
Candidates with extensive work experience in the area will be preferred.
